Wikipedia lists three patron saints of carpenters: Joseph, Matthias and Peter the Apostle. Answers.com goes four better, listing Anne, Barbara, Eulogius of Cordoba, Joseph, Matthias, Thomas the Apostle, and Wolfgang. That's eight nominees so far.
CatholicSaints.info adds two more to the list: Eligius of Noyon and Gummarus.
